Layout & Accomodations
The cabin is entered through a companionway from the aft cockpit. Entry is into the galley and navigational table area. To port is a two burner Origo alcohol stove, a single sink with pressure water as well as fresh and salt water foot pumps and a top opening refrigerator cooled by a 12v Adler-Barbour refrigeration unit with freezer compartment. To starboard is the nav station/table/storage.
Aft of the companionway ladder is a new Lavac marine head with holding tank, Y-valve with provisions for deck or overboard pump out.
Forward is the main cabin with storable dinette table. There are centerline privacy curtains as well as curtains to isolate the sleeping area from the nav/galley area.
The entire bow area is watertight and could be used for a single berth; it is presently being used for storage.

1992 Yamaha 9.9 HP, 4 cycle electric start outboard with single lever cockpit controls.

Electrical circuits are controlled by a distribution panel with circuit breakers and a voltmeter.
Lighting includes running lights, new tricolor mast head light, new steaming/strobe/deck light, anchor light and cabin lighting.
Deck & Hulls
Hulls and decks are hand laid fiberglass and vinylester resin over an end grain balsa core.
The condor is an open wing design with new mesh trampolines in the areas between the hulls on both sides.
Hulls are connected by 2 x fiberglass crossbeams.
She has a vertically retracting daggerboard in the main hull for leeway resistance.
The rudder also retracts (kicks up) vertically and is operated by a tiller.
The amas are watertight with all new inspection ports.
The vessel has been painted with white Awlgrip.
Sails & Rig
Sails are UK built and were redone in 1998/1999.
New UV strip sewn onto Jib,
New cover for mainsail,
Strong Track slide system installed in mast to ease hoisting the main.
New ATN style UK sock for the 3/4oz. symmetrical spinnaker.
The 130% genoa is Dacron with a Profurl roller reefing gear.
Rig is a 7/8 sloop rig with an ISOMAT fixed, deck stepped double jumper, double spreader, heavy wall aluminum mast and boom. Standing rigging is stainless steel with swaged terminal fittings.
She has running backstays and a 81 backstay adjustor.

This Condor 40 trimaran, "Triple Threat", is a two owner boat that was rigged for the OSTAR but never raced. She is a high performance offshore catamaran with reasonable cruising accomodation and lots of recent refitting. She is for sale because the owner would like to purchase a larger vessel.
