LAYOUT & ACCOMMODATIONS:
One main cabin with two double births, 6' headroom, head to forward, galley, lots of room. Two amas have spacious storage.

A sleek fast profile is what Arthur Piver had in mind when he designed this trimaran. The enclosed wheelhouse keeps you well protected from the elements and all sail sheets can be controlled from there. The main cabin sleeps eight with double births on each side. Mattresses and cushions are in very good condition. Table folds down as a double birth also. Headroom is 6 feet as well as the wheelhouse. Galley has lots of stable storage and is equipped with two-burner propane stove. A new fresh water pump with pressure tank is connected to a 40-gallon plastic storage tank.

The head is forward with plenty of room then the anchor locker in the bow. Three anchors are provided, one Bruce plow, one medium Dan forth and one large Dan forth.

Engine room is below the wheelhouse, with an aft storage area to the battery compartment.

Alma’s are accessed through large hatch covers on each, and have spacious storage in them.

ELECTRONICS & NAVIGATION:
Autohelm autopilot with remote control.
VHF radio is one year old and new antenna wire to masthead.
All wiring in mast replaced with new wire three years ago and anchor light. All wiring has been replaced within last three years throughout entire boat.
AM/FM Cassette radio with mast mounted antenna booster.
Two bilge pumps in main hull and one in each Alma all almost new.
A two-bank battery combiner is in battery compartment with new starting battery.
New Hummingbird Depth sounder (model # 405SX) & though-hull transducer.
New large deep cycle battery, new starting 12 volt battery.

MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL:
New wiring, engine just replaced.
27 hp Westerbeke diesel is in good condition.
Two replacement 20-gallon plastic fuel tanks with floats.
Prop shaft replaced new four years ago and there are two extra props.
Transmission was rebuilt then also.
A 1000w Heart Interface inverter/charger is approximately five years old.
One 60” by 24” solar panel with controller produces 6 amps.
Two 30-amp shore power cords with 15, 30 adaptors run to watertight standard power inlet.

DECK & HULLS:
Huge main deck and Amas.
Fiberglass over marine plywood, repainted hulls, very sound.
Constructed of plywood with fiberglass and mesh overlay.
The deck needs new non-slip surface installed.
Extensive glasswork was done to the bottom three years ago and is in very good condition.
Just completed haul-out 12/30/02.
New paint top to bottom, Awl-Grip two part nonskid on entire deck surfaces.
Bright side on all hulls.
And two coats of anti-fouling paint on all three hulls.
Remove sentence about-- deck needs new non-slip surface   

SAILS & RIGGING:
Main is just two years old, self furling jib, extra jib, storm.
Sloop rigged with new double reef point Mack main sail.
On French made aluminum replacement mast.
Furlex self-furling jib, extra smaller jib and storm jib.
Mainsail downhaul and traveler rigged for of wheelhouse and led aft to cockpit.

OTHER:
Two five-gallon gas cans.
Hand held bilge pump.
Radar reflector.
Two aluminum gaffs.
Three extra sails.
Two winch handles.
Misc. pully's and blocks.
Two emergency flare kits.
Life preservers: one horseshoe, two open water, six others.
12-volt spotlight.

Tools (sanders, grinder, jig saw, screw gun, misc. hand tools). 

COMMENTS:

Y-KNOT is in excellent condition and ready to sail anywhere. She has been to Mexico, Belize, Cuba, The Keys and all over the Bahamas. The previous owner brought the boat through the Panama Canal from California.
