2003 St Francis 44, Mk II.Hull # 39 is a customized version of the 2001 Cape-town to Rio catamaran division winner designed by Naval Architect Angelo Lavranos.
AQUAMARINER is the most Fully Equipped and Customized St Francis 44 that has been or ever will be built. She has been Extensively Custom Fitted for comfortable long distance passages, having logged over 7,600 nautical miles of bluewater sailing with the owner on board, never chartered. She has Extremely Low Mileage on the twin Yanmar engines, has been Meticulously Maintained, and Looks Brand New. |
Layout & Accommodations
2 Identical Master Suites forward with queen size beds and Custom Built in LCD TV/DVD/CD players, 2 Master Baths which include sits bath and showers, quiet flush toilets and custom teak grating. These baths are very open and airy, with beautiful views through large escape hatch windows inboard to the bows and bridge-deck.
An aft cabin on the starboard side with double berth and molded shower and toilet. The aft cabin on the port side has been Custom Built to be an extension of the galley and includes a large pantry, Icemaker, Washer/Dryer, as well as a single berth suitable for a captain/mate with a Generator custom built in underneath.
The extensive custom wood joinery and trim is in light maple with navy blue leather saloon seating with large flat screen TV. Lewmar sun shades/screens are custom fitted to all hatches. Fully equipped galley includes an enormous 115 liter freezer, 80 liter fridge, additional 52 quart freezer/fridge in the pantry, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker.
Large cockpit has beautiful custom built folding wood table with signature inlays, fitted cushions, and custom wood grating. New bimini with wind shield forward and custom sun shades on other three sides.
Very large storage areas in both fore peaks with access via Lewmar deck hatches as well as thru master bath. Extra maple storage cabinets custom built in amidships starboard, along with bookshelves, and bar area.
This model design is well tested, proven, and fast, and is a very comfortable size with tons of storage area. The mast height (55' from deck step) fits under regulation 65' U.S. Intra-coastal bridges. |
