Vessel Description

Four very roomy queen sized cabins provide comfortable sleeping, and all ensuite. Boasting a well equipped galley and large salon area; even the adventurous chefs get to enjoy this masterpiece. Sailing performance is not to be overlooked on this cat, and she will match and outpace even the lightest of others on the water. Electric winches for the headsail certainly help those upwind days when tacking is a must. Even the music entertainment system is well thought out; with surround sound provided from the speakers a lot in the rigging.

Accommodations

This is the "Easy Cruise Version" (EZC).

Fixed Keels, 4 double cabins and 4 heads with showers, hulls extended to 45 feet overall, 860 square foot deck with built - in anti-slip, 86 square foot cockpit with numerous lockers and 2 Batyline trampolines.

Entire interior finished in beech, all interior fittings are of the highest quality including decoration materials. All frames are beech veneer with 3 coats of varnish on a polyurethane hardener.

Guest Staterooms

Fwd port and starboard cabins feature 60 square feet of space, bench at the base of the bed , cabinets and drawers for storage. Also includes, private dressing area with hanging cupboard and shelves, separated by privacy curtain. 12 volt fan in each cabin. Additional large deck hatches in aft cabin.

Aft port and starboard cabins are 54 square feet with column shelves, hanging cupboards storage alcove above bed and small bench seat. 12 volt fan in each cabin. Additional large deck hatch in aft cabin.

 

Salon

Designed for convenience and organized around the main Salon, the interior provides utmost comfort and a warm atmosphere. The Salon boasts a 6.5 foot interior ceiling height, a C-shaped settee and relaxation area with microfiber fabrics, escape hatch under floor, ergonomic dinning table with 1 folding leaf, 2 x stools and 2 x 12v fans. There are also two opening hatches in forward windows for extra ventilation and light.
 

Galley

On port side, level, integrated Galley, fully equipped with:

Raytheon RL 72 RC radar/plotter/GPS, navigation repeater (multi), radio cassette with 6x CD changer, 2 salon speakers, 2 cockpit speakers and Intrepid RAM VHF.
 

Electrical System

Includes:  Ampmeter, 50 amp battery charger, Mastervolt 2500w inverter, 110 volt shore power plug, 2 x 100 amp engine start batteries and 5 x 100 amp service batteries. Pre-wired for generator.

Above the Nav station, the electrical panel includes:
12 volt DC voltmeter with alarm, 80 amp DC ampmeter, 110 volt AC voltmeter and ampmeter and cigarette lighter. There is a 110V circuit with outlets at the Nav station, Galley, and in the port gangway; 12V outlets at the Nav station and in the Galley. Also at Nav station, Link 2000 battery monitor and Inverter/ Charge controller.

Halogen spots and lights throughout the boat. Also included are 2 x manual bilge pumps and 4 x electric bilge pumps.
 

Plumbing

110V hot water heater with engine heat exchanger, 12V pressurized water system with expansion jar, salt water washdown pump in the cockpit, 100 gallon polthylen fuel tank and gauge, 175 gallon stainless steel water tanks with gauge, PVC draining with 1/4 turn seacocks and ceramic mixer taps.
