History

Launched in Cape Town, SA, July 2003 and the end of December 2003, the yacht sailed across the Atlantic to the Caribbean via St. Helena and Brazil to Fort Lauderdale where she was put on the market due to family issues. The current owner bought her and has continued to upgrade her with a full time Skipper/Captain on board to keep up with the maintenance.  They have sailed from the US to Dominican Republic and Mexico, then onto St Martin in the Caribbean. They then crossed to the Azores and Canary Islands before making their way back to Antigua in the Caribbean for another season of cruising the Lesser Antilles.  The latest upgrades which have been done in April 2006 where they have added 3 electric winches and an in-boom furling main sail.  Blue Nowhere is being stored on the hard in Tortola for the hurricane season but can be launched for sea trials with no problem.  New antifouling will be applied when boat is launched. Blue Nowhere is ideally set up for single handed sailing and is ready to go cruising!
