LAYOUT & ACCOMMODATIONS:
Renu had a major refit in 1998 some of the new items are: Radar arch and dingy
davits, bimini and cover, all new curtains, upholstery, new laminate for countertops,
carpet, teak, and holly, cockpit cushions, full boat cover, new running rigging, all
sheets, pillows & covers.
Since 1998 Renu ha cruised the Bahamas, Cuba, Honduras, Grand Cayman, Mexico, Belize,
& Guatemala. Our top sail speed was 14 knots with a beach reach in 24 knots of wind.
Her average cruising under power or sail is normally between 7 and 8 knots.

A recent price reduction by seller shows motivation in selling. the boat has just reduced the asking price by $20,000.

It is a boat that can be considered as a project and does require TLC. There is NO current survey available on the boat and it cannot be ascertained what is required to be done, but for a 40 ft catamaran in todays market it is worth considering. It is offered in an "As is" condition.
