LAYOUT & ACCOMMODATIONS:
This is a remarkable example of this popular model from F.P. The Tobago sails very well and is great boat for the smaller family.
She has three excellent cabins and a large head aft Port. She is for sale by her original owner and has traveled very little
since new, although many years of happy day-sailing have been enjoyed. Thus you will find only 200 hours on her dealer maintained engines.
This entire vessel is in good condition., Good accommodations, sound construction, and good performance all at a great price!

Walkthrough - Entering the saloon through the large sliding door one finds a spacious and airy cabin; featuring a wraparound windshield,
well-ventilated by two large overhead hatches and with excellent lighting and comfortable seating for six or seven guests.
The Galley is up to starboard and there is a fine Nav station to Port. Taking one of the stairways down into the hulls we find cabins
fore and aft on the Starboard side and a large head and owners cabin to Port.
GALLEY:
Galley - excellent counterspace, a three burner Propane stove, and a fridge complete the galley necessities with a large SS sink featuring
pressure Hot & Cold water, trash compartment, Three good sized drawers and sdditional storage.

ELECTRONICS & NAVIGATION:
Electronics and navigation - Partnership has the excellent Autohelm St 50 instruments Depth, Wind, and Speed, at the Helm as well as a VHF radio.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
Electrical - four 70amp batteries, two for engine starting and two for the "House" with 12Volt and 110 volt electrical panel at Nav station.

MAIN DECK:
Main Deck - Cable steering system with twin Rudders, Emergency tiller, Large locker at base of mast for anchor storage, Roller furling Genoa
and good mainsail with Lazy Jacks and sail cover. There is an excellent New, never flown, North Spinnaker with its associated gear.
The mainsheet is double ended terminating at rope clutches near the Genoa winches on each side. Lifelines on SS stanchions surround both
sides and the stern, Large Bow netting attached to forward crossbeam. Swim Ladder at stern steps.

ENGINE ROOM:
Engine and mechanical- The Yanmar main engines are in excellent condition and have only 200 original hours.
Double engine controls at helm, Sail Drive with Folding propellers.
