LAYOUT & ACCOMMODATIONS:
Two queen-size berths in aft cabins, each with a hanging locker, boot locker and clothes shelving space. Comfortable sitting height headroom for in-berth lounging and reading.
Salon: Entered from a double acrylic door; main cabin on bridge deck houses
a galley and dinette area affording a panoramic view, 6' 3" headroom. Two
piece dining table and L-shaped seat offers flexibility and optional extra
sleeping. Galley: Molded, U-shaped houses 7.5 cubicft. Sea Frost refrigeration with
4" insulation, two burner LPG stove with oven, large sink with integral
drain board, three large storage lockers, two utensil drawers, etc., also a built-in cutting board.
Full bimini over cockpit. One of the salon tables may be relocated to cockpit.
Two heads, one in each hull forward supplies privacy for two sailing
couples. Starboard side has shower station with shower sub pump.

Galley:
Molded, U-shaped houses 7.5 cu ft. Sea Frost refrigerator, with
4" insulation, two burner LPG stove with oven, large sink with integral
drain board, three large storage lockers, two utensil drawers, etc., also a
built-in cutting board.

ELECTRONICS & NAVIGATION:
Standard set mounted in cockpit: compass, Autohelm ST50 Tridata & Repeater:
depth, speed, trip; Autohelm ST50 Wind & Close Hauled/VMG. 12 volt jack for
GPS or other. Sony FM/AM cassette stereo: two sets of speakers, one set in
main cabin, one set in cockpit. Marine Transceiver: Horizon Eclipse 25watt. 
MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL:
Steering: Stainless wheel driving the twin tillers mechanical linkage;
emergency tiller thru aft hull steps. Two single lever engine controls,
twin engine panels with cockpit mounted instruments.
Electrical: Two totally separate 12 volt electrical systems; one for each
hull and engine with two batteries - either side can be selected to run
housekeeping electrical, if one side is dead, the other side can be used to
start the other engine. Each side can be totally isolated from boat during
electrical storm. Windless run off starboard side; sea frost run off
starboard; hot water is off port side. 120 volt shore power available all
cabins. Central power control panel in main salon.
Electric water heater; smart battery charger. Hot & cold water at sinks in
both heads and in salon; also at exterior wash down location on aft port
hull steps. 30 gal holding tank in forward locker. Two electric bilge
pumps; two emergency manual pump stations.
Two propane tanks forward locker with remote activation. Electric Windless
with 50 ft of 5/8 inch chain and 150 ft of rode. Two anchors: CDQ and small
second.
Two separate Cruisair 16k btu reverse cycle heat pumps: one for each aft
cabin in each hull with an outlet into both sides of the main salon.
DECK & HULLS:
First multihull to be constructed with SCRIMP infusion method of lamination:
balsa cored composite is the highest strength to weight ratio possible.
One-piece hull incorporates two high lift keels rigid enough to support the
hull for soft grounding (or in dry-dock). Integral marine grade ply
bulkheads are bonded with glass; molded deck is also balsa cored with dense
core in stress areas. Four transom steps lead to deck; large cockpit with
seating for eight. Full cushions for all seating. Room for two at the
separate, raised helms seat with back; storage under helm seat. Large main
locker is forward of the mast. Aluminum cross beam and trampoline forward,
six mooring cleats.

SAILS & RIGGING:
Aluminum mast and boom with internal halyards. All sail controls lead to
three cockpit mounted Lewmar self tailing winches. Mainsheet traveler with
end mounted control lines aft of cockpit. Boom fitted with lazy jacks.
Furling genoa: Profurl. Dual main reef points with reefing line lead to
cockpit.
Two spinnakers: one 1.25 oz. cruising with fraction rig; one large, full
spinaker 0.5 oz. for light air.

OTHER:
Ventilation: Six large opening ports, three each side; plus two additional
ports in aft cabins into cockpit for cross ventilation Six large deck
hatches; two overhead; two very large forward opening in main salon. One
small directly over stove. Three NICRO solar operated venting fans: one in
each hatch over each head in each hull, one in hatch in main salon over
stove.

COMMENTS:
Engines: Boat will cruise at approx. 6.5 knots on two engines; 5 knots on
one engine. Range: approx. 1200 nm on one engine. This is a cruising cat -
best used for extended vacations. Boat has a crash crush zone in each bow
with water tight bulkheads between hull and aft hull steps. Engines are
sealed from interior and ventilated aft.
Maintenance: boat dry docked & winterized each winter; boat in charter on
upper Chesapeake, professionally maintained.
