Brand new 435 design, Easy-Cruise version with Prestige' owners' cabin layout and many factory extras. Now located in Gibraltar. Only 290 engine hours. Accommodation layout, all finished in beautiful light beech veneer, provides special large owners cabin located centrally with adjoining private head and separate shower in starboard hull. MAIN SALON:
Large airy saloon with comfortable seating area for 8, folding beech veneered table, an island bar unit with special lighting and 2 fixed bar stools. Lots of storage beneath table pedestal and bench seating, which also includes a cleverly hidden full-length sea berth. Lots of shelf areas. All windows are curtained and external white batyline covers keep the saloon cool. Air conditioning, extra fans and music system fitted (speakers in saloon and cockpit). GALLEY/LAUNDRY:
Galley-up design allows inclusion of the cook within the saloon and cockpit activities. Fitted with stainless steel 12v 120L fridge and 70L deepfreeze. 3 burner stove with large oven; double s/s sink, excellent storage and large work surfaces. Pressurized hot/cold water system (throughout boat). Washing machine installed in port fwr'd compartment with lots of adjacent stowage.
 
COCKPIT:
Well organized spacious working cockpit beneath hard top Bimini. Seating for 12 on cushioned benches all with cushioned backrests plus teak drop-leaf table creates a great relaxing and entertaining area linked to the saloon. Helm-station with raised double seat and leather covered wheel is located at port for'd side beneath sliding roof. Location allows for superb protection and commanding visibility in all weathers and sea states and rapid access to nav station and saloon. Full-length handrails fixed to underside of hard top are a valuable extra safety feature at sea. 3 very large cockpit lockers and draining life raft stowage (accessible from above and beneath). Full weather and sun protection is provided all-round by easily removable sunbrella zippered windows which quickly slide into place when required. Custom fitted covers for wheel, engine controls/instrument binnacle, helm-seat and teak table. Full length deep foam sunbathing mattresses on either side of the cockpit.
 
ELECTRONICS AND NAVIGATION:
At helmstation: Raytheon ST60 instrument system includes wind, depth and speed/log readouts. Autopilot (Raymarine ST7001 Plus), Horizon compass, Man overboard button to plotter/gps. At chart table: Raytheon RL72RC combined plotter/radar with C-map micro cartridge reader and Seatalk connection for laptop, ST60 multifunction repeater unit, Simrad RD68 VHF with DSC, Inmarsat C system with Thrane & Thrane TT3005 capsat controller.
 
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
12v and 220v circuits supplied by 5 x 100AH house batteries, 2 x 100AH engine batteries, engine driven alternators, 4 x 50w solar panels and 5.5kva Northern Lights generator. AC supplied via Victron 2500W inverter. Battery charging and monitoring through inverter and Mobitronic controller located above nav 
station. Extra 12v and 220v sockets in living areas and halogen lighting throughout including cockpit and transoms. Shore power connection in starboard transom. 90 L/hr watermaker (Dessalator).
 
MAIN DECK:
Non-slip surfaces over wide sidedecks lead to spacious fordeck with trampolines. These provide easy access to mast foot, anchoring windlass (stainless steel Lewmar V4 1600w), anchor locker, gas bottle locker and bowsprit. Teak pulpit seats on each bow, stainless pushpit and extra height (3 row) guardrails all round. 2 huge bow lockers easily deal with all fenders, warps and sails. Swimming ladder and fresh water deck shower on starboard transom.
 
ENGINE ROOM:
Power by 2 x 40 bhp Volvo 2040D diesels, Sail Drive transmission delivers through 3 blade feathering MaxProp propellers, protected by Ambassador Line Cutters. Access via hatch at rear of cockpit. Port engine room includes Northern Lights generator package and 40litre domestic hot water tank with engine heat exchanger and immersion heater. Starboard engine room includes, Inverter, water maker, domestic water pressurising system. Special phonic sound insulation.
 
WATER SPORTS AND RECREATION:
Zodiac Yachtline 310 RIB stowed on stainless steel davits aft of the cockpit. 15hp Johnston outboard with special teak stowage support on pushpit.
 
SAILS AND RIGGING:
64m (689 sqft) fully battened mainsail with 3 reefs. Lazy bag for main. 47m (506 sqft) genoa on furling system. Downwind suite of sails and deck fittings includes bowsprit with 50m (538sqft) gennaker on furling system and Assymetric spinnaker (with snuffer). All winches and deck blocks and travellers by Harken. Mainsheet and headsails controlled by 2 48ST electric self tailing winches. All easily set for short handed sailing.
