LAYOUT & ACCOMMODATIONS:
Staterooms
Shannonigans sleeps up to 10 in 4 staterooms and on an oversized settee.  The forward starboard stateroom features a large hanging
locker, an extra long double berth with 2 lockers under and 2 lockers at the foot, and a 6 ft. built in bureau with 3 lockers under and a lift-up, 
mirrored vanity compartment.  Three windows across the front, a long double window on the side, an overhead hatch and an opening portlight.
Artificial lighting includes 2 12v reading lights, a 12v florescent, and 3 110v track lights on a dimmer.  Ventilation is assisted with a 12v fan and 
opening hatch and portlight, or by utilizing the starboard side 16,000 btu air conditioning system, which is controllable from the stateroom.
Custom OceanAir reflective blinds offer privacy and cooling for the front windows, and curtains block light from the sides.  Fixed windows (with
privacy shades) offer a view of the saloon.  There are 2 towel racks and a full length mirror on the door, and removable bound carpeting on the floor.
The port stateroom is a mirror image of the starboard.

The 2 aft staterooms are basically identical, and each includes an extra long double berth, several storage lockers, 12v fans, 12v florescent lighting,
110v dimmable track lighting, air conditioning controls, side windows, towel racks, overhead hatch, emergency manual bilge pumps and scuba tank tie
downs.  To starboard there is an emergency propane hot water heater.  The carpet is removable for easy cleaning.

Main Saloon 
The main saloon has a 360 degree view of the outdoors and ample headroom.  It features a central settee that easily seats 6-8 around a rectangular
fold-down table with wine storage in the center.  The upholstery is an off-white genuine leather;  the seats are covered on both sides.  There is ample
storage under and behind the settee, and a custom liquor shelf on one side, with a removable tv/vcr bracket on the other.  Lighting is provided by
a 12v central florescent, 5 110v dimmable track lights and 2 12v accent lights;  natural light from large overhead hatch.  The area is carpeted
with top grade indoor/outdoor carpet, and cooled via a large custom-made oak vent that can deliver up to 24,000btus.  A Baringo clock is mounted
centrally, and 12v auxiliary fans are located on either side.

Navigation Station 
The navigation station is located in the aft starboard corner of the saloon, with 2 storage lockers, a chart table and locker, equipment shelf and 
navigation equipment (including radar, single-side band radio, antenna tuner, VHF radio and GPS lead for hook-up to a desktop nav. computer),
and a 12 gallon hot water heater underneath.  Lighting in the area includes a chart light, 12v florescent and 3 110v track lights on a dimmer, as well
as a window to provide natural light.  Another Barigo clock and navigation aids are mounted on the side wall, and a 12v fan cools the area when
the air conditioning is not in use.  A leather covered stool provides seating, and the area is carpeted with removable bound carpet.

Across the aft bulkhead, the 12v and custom 110/220v panel are located.  Also in this area are a stereo/CD player, tape player, binocular/equipment/
CD racks, 4 speakers, inclinometer, rod holder, boathook and handheld compass.

Galley 
Microwave, 12v/110v refrigerator, separate freezer, 2 burner propane stove and oven.
Lighting by 12v florescent and 12v halogen.
Large double sink with hot and cold pressure water and a pressure salt water spigot, more storage, and long counter top.
A 12V auxiliary fan and hatch cool the area.
A propane cutoff switch is installed for safety and convenience.  This area is also carpeted with removable indoor/outdoor carpeting.

Head
The head is amidships on the starboard side.  It includes a toilet, large sin, vanity cabinet with storage, a separate hip tub with shower curtain,
full width windows with privacy shades, and a hatch with solar powered vent.  Towel racks and a large mirror and storage in have also been installed,
and lighting is from 12v florescent and 2 12v halogen lights.

Cockpit
Access through removable Plexiglas bifold door
Features a hardtop dodger with a Bimini extension.
Removable Plexiglass windows stow inside a removable dining table- can be mounted on settee back wall when not in use.
White marine vinyl cushions around perimeter, including a custom helm seat

COMMENTS:
Current owner spared no expense in upgrading and refitting her to prepare for a long term live aboard cruise.
