COMMENTS:
A very rare offering of a Catfisher 32, built to Lloyds standards in the tradition of  the legendary Fisher Pilothouse motorsailers. This unique vessel is hull 5 of only 17 built, and was sailed to Florida over a three-year period from San Francisco. She is strong, seaworthy and ocean-proven, having withstood Pacific storms and the notorious windward passage up the coast of Columbia. A 35 hp Yanmar diesel coupled to a vectoring Sillette outdrive moves her at a comfortable 7 knots under power. She will sail at 6-7 knots loaded for cruising in 15-20 knots of wind. A very comfortable liveaboard, she can sleep four couples in separate cabins( though who would want to!), seat eight for dinner and entertain a dozen in her cockpit. Numerous opening windows, hatches and ports provide plenty of ventilation for the tropics and her inside steering station lets you stay dry and warm in inclement weather. Finished in warm teak and teak veneer, she features teak& holly soles in the salon and galley. The salon features a unique jungle-motif mural painted by a well-known artist (can be painted over, if desired). With 6’ headroom throughout, plenty of shelves and lockers for storage and a large galley, she is the perfect small cruiser for those who appreciate strength and practicality in a vessel equally at home in the cold northern climes or anchored off a lagoon in the Caribbean. Within the past six months she has had her bottom peeled, dried out and new epoxy applied, all new bronze through-hulls, all sanitation plumbing replaced, new batteries and much more. With her reverse pilothouse, bluff bows, canoe transoms and “no-nonsense” looks, she attracts admiration wherever she goes and she can go anywhere…

OWNER'S COMMENTS:
This wonderful boat was hardly used when I bought her from her original owner six years ago. Since then, she has served my wife and I as a comfortable home and carried us safely 5000 miles from San Francisco to Florida through the Panama Canal. She has done all we asked of her and more. I would sail this magnificent boat anywhere in the world. We are sad to sell her…
