COMMENTS:
JBJoe is probably the finest maintained Gemini 3400 available.  She is a completely self-sufficient yacht.  Her current owners have lived aboard for the past 2 years, cruising Florida, east coast US and the islands.  Her captain, an engineer, has redesigned all her systems for convenience, ease of operation and maintenance.  Her first mate, a registered dietitian, enjoys the galley and over-all vessel layout.  JBJoe is a fast sailing cat, and is easily handled both under sail and power.  The articulating Sonic drive leg makes maneuvering in tight marinas a synch, and the Westerbeke diesel has plenty of power.  Her transom steps, boarding ladder and hot/cold fresh water on fantail make her a great dive platform.  JBJoe's shallow draft makes her an excellent "gunk holler", and safe for exploring shallow reefs.
