Headliner replaced 1997, with 2 layers:
First layer is 3/8 inch closed cell foam for sound, heat, cold, anti-sweat insulation

Headliner materials and glue are stable to 200 degrees F
All upholstery was replaced in 1997, including all new foam rubber (Five inch thick) seats in salon and mattresses in cabins

Rewire entire boat to ABYS standards, install new AC panel, new shore power inlet, new Stat Power Truecharge 20 battery charger, new Blue Seas 30 amp surface mount breaker and panel
Install new Racor fuel filter, fuel pump and fuel lines.
Install all new batteries, 2 group 27 Gel and 2 Group 31 Gel ; 2 house bank and one each dedicated to starter and Lectra-San and new battery switch and battery cables.
Install new Lectra-San LST-12 with new toilet.

The head now has a new Lectra San and new porcelin head installed instead of the prior holding tank

This is an older Prout which has been meticulously maintained and can be cruised with minimal effort.
This boat was built for Rob Underwood, the production manager for Prout, who installed the larger mast and motor. Mast is 41 feet tall, two spreaders, cutter rigged, with running back stays. Roller reefing Genoa, 3 sets reefing points in Main sail. Two -new Lewmar 43, Chrome, two speed, main winches installed in 1995. Halyard winch on cabin top at forward end of cockpit, with jam cleats.
Amazing Grace has been unused since December 2004 when current owners bought their present boat. However, it has been covered and winterized each Winter.
