LAYOUT & ACCOMMODATIONS:

Starboard Hull:

Forward:   Queen in forward master cabin with cushions of 4" foam with fabric cover  (5'4"x6'6"), full hanging locker and dresser with shelves and drawers, vanity unit with mirror. Bomar hatch with screens, overhead.  12 Volt fan and light.

Aft to: Galley:  Counter 7' 6" long x 19" wide, with Formica work top, 2 drawers, and storage under surface.  Propane stove with two burners, oven and broiler.  Refrigerator - 3 cu. ft., propane and 110 volt.  Storage areas opposite counters.  12 Volt fluorescent light.

 

Aft to:  Double in aft cabin, cushions of 4" foam with fabric cover (48" wide).  Hanging locker and drawer, Portlight.  12 Volt light.

 

Bridgedeck:

Dinette/salon area, "U" shaped dinette seat with 4" foam cushions, storage under with Tri-fold saloon table.   2 Bomar hatches with screens, overhead of dinette.  Two 12 Volt fans, 115 Volt outlet, 12 Volt fluorescent light, 12 Volt light, barometer and striking clock.

Main cabin door in teak and opening window.  Windows at rear of main cabin, sliding to allow ventilation between cabin and cockpit under pilothouse.  Textiline screens on all 3 openings between saloon and cockpit.

 

Port Hull:

Forward:  Head - fully molded, with storage.  Wash basin with hand held shower faucet.  Raritan marine head with 18 gallon holding tank with 'Y" valve and deck pump out. 115 Volt outlet, 12 Volt light, Bomar hatch with screens, overhead.

 

Aft to:  Navigation area with storage and chart table. 12 Volt fluorescent light.  115 Volt outlet,

COMMENTS:

This well cared for Gemini is a former dealer demo has been lightly used, first as the demo and then by the current owner who kept it in the Bahamas more as a place to stay than for sailing.  Therefore the sails are in good condition and the engines have low hours.
