Each hull, per Coast Guard (CG) requirements for multi-passenger vessels, is divided into three large, separate, watertight compartments.  MAIN COMPARTMENT: The companionway enters each hull from the cockpit for access to head/galley/storage areas.  Main compartments are divided by a bulkhead with optional door for privacy if used as a head, etc. Entire main compartment measures approx. 13' long x 4' wide x 6'3"+ for headroom.  AFT COMPARTMENT: Very large and subdivided by an "open" bulkhead, with room for berths, storage, tankage, etc.  Access through large deck hatch.  FORWARD COMPARTMENT:  Deck hatch access above berth area (single, 6'6"), under berth is large storage area, aft of berth is large storage area with 6'2" headroom.

On deck, cockpit seating (fully demountable) for 20, deck seating for 10+, for a total seating capacity of 30+, with room for lots more!

Four large storage compartments are located in the main beam forward, accessed by watertight individual deck hatches.

3-position Main Battery switch, un-mounted
Running, Steaming/Deck, Anchor lights, un-mounted
6-8 x 12V cabin lights, un-mounted

DECK AND HULLS:
Hulls and deck are foam/glass sandwich construction, overbuilt beyond CG requirements per owner's request for strength and durability.  Hull/deck joint is heavily glass-reinforced, with additional epoxy fillets providing a nice finish.  Hulls are strong, light, and tough, drawing only 10" when boat is empty, boards up.  Foam hulls provide incredible insulation characteristics as well.
Main structural crossbeams are plywood/epoxy/glass with reinforcing baffles and open pass-thru construction for strength, weight-savings, and convenience in wiring and installing systems.
Forward beam is heavy aluminum, painted in white Awlgrip, with bow net bars, bow roller and large SS cleats mounted for mooring and anchoring.  Designed to quickly hook up to a bridle.
Dagger-boards are neutrally bouyant, 10'long, and only 45 lbs. each!  They have a cutaway top section for ease in raising/lowering, and they are built from foam and glass with some wood reinforcement.
Rudders are heavy plywood/glass/epoxy, designed to swing up and steer as they do so!  Rudder heads are heavy aluminum, unfinished.

SAILS AND RIGGING:
Mack 5-batten mainsail with battcar system.
Behrig CAMBERSPAR jib with self-trimming boom sleeve.  VERY cool!  Self-tending, and the sail retains a constant shape for extra efficiency, flattening as it is sheeted in.
50' aluminum mast w/ spreaders/diamond rig setup...   Fractional, three wire standing rig design, no wire or rigging included.
15' extruded aluminum boom, unfinished and unfitted.

OTHER:
Custom aluminum bow ladder, drops between forward nets, for beach boarding/swimming/snorkeling, folds flat as it is brought to deck level, steps are always level no matter what the angle of the ladder is!
Two bow nets made of super heavy-duty 2" woven/stitched nylon webbing., certifiable as legal passenger carrying space because of it's tremendous strength.
1 Wilcox-Crittendon head, un-mounted
1 vanity/sink, un-mounted
30 Type I Adult PFD's
35-gallon plastic holding tank

COMMENTS:
A very unique opportunity!  Since the boat is almost finished, her new owner can customize her MANY ways! Originally being built as a money making daysail boat in the shallow Florida Keys, it could easily be finished as an incredible Bahamas/Keys cruiser as well with her extremely shallow draft.  Present owner has also negotiated a tentative contract with a VERY successful resort in the Keys, so that door is open for the buyer. This boat could easily make $200,000 - $300,000./yr!  Boat is being sold because of present owner's inability to continue building her. Boat is NEW, never in water. Boat can be disassembled in hours and shipped via one truck and one rental truck in seven major pieces including mast.  Seating and helm console all quickly removable.  A very special, heavily-built, unique vessel with a lot of versatility. Hulls' super-shallow draft and shape are designed for regular beaching, with the ladder dropping right to the water for offloading/loading or swimming.
