LAYOUT & ACCOMMODATIONS:
FLAVIA has a liveable interior with carpeting and blinds on openings. The boat allows space and privacy for owners and guests. The solid foredeck is safer than a net foredeck, easier to walk on and maintenance free.  Excellent visibility whether seated in the spacious saloon or in the cockpit. The multi-hull design allows for great stability.
Master Cabin:
The Master Stateroom is forward with a double bunk. Large non-opening ports provide bright light and a spacious feeling.
Guest Cabin:
There are three guest cabins which have multiple opening ports providing ventilation. Each bunk has the capacity for two people.
Main Cabin:
This is a roomy Catamaran. There is a hi-lo table which can be converted into sleeping accommodations for two. The cabins are carpeted, with mini blinds over the numerous ports. Equipment includes a 110v vacuum cleaner, various tools, clock, barometer, and an Emerson 5.5" Color TV/AM/FM combination.
Head:
The head is located on the port side with a manual head, a portable head and sink.
Galley:
The Galley is on the starboard side. There is a (2) burner propane Flavel stove, a 110v refrigerator, salt water pump, additional cooler, and pressure water system.
Cockpit:
The cockpit is spacious with a hardtop covering with tinted windows. There are cockpit cushions.

The engine normally is 15hp or 18hp, but this vessel has a larger engine, 30hp with a Sillette Sonic outdrive.

There are permanent backstays for added rig security. Sails can be single handled from the cockpit. All sails made by Jeckells in the U.K. There are two fully battened mainsails, genoa with roller furling system, staysail, cruising chute, spinnaker squeezer, lazy jacks, mainsail covers and 6 Lewmar winches.

OTHER:
Hydaulic Steering.
The exterior stripe painted 2000 awlgrip. All Plexiglas ports replaced extensive cosmetic overhaul completed.
