Accommodations Layout
The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45.2 proves
that an aft-cockpit,
performance-oriented cruising hull can
deliver interior accommodations equal to
that of a commodious center-cockpit
design.
Cruzan Time has had only ONE OWNER.
Duty Paid in USA.
This layout features 3 staterooms, each
with it's own fully equipped head
compartment and hanging locker. The
large main salon is bright with lots of
opening ports and hatches. Six aluminum
opening hatches on deck with private sun
shades, and 6 opening ports provide good
ventilation with 12v. fans in all
cabins. The dinette and L-shaped settee
is to starboard and will seat a crowd
for meals. Table converts to a double
berth if needed. A sit-down nav station
is aft of the dinette. The galley is to
port and runs the length of the salon.
Teak veneer joinery is found throughout.
She has full US Specs. Propane, Holding
tanks, 110v system...
From the elegant owner's stateroom
forward, to the in-line galley, to the
functional navigation station tucked
away to starboard, the 45.2 features a
stylish, roomy and innovative layout.

Hull and Deck
The most noticeable feature on deck are
the twin Helms. With this design, you
have an open passageway on-center aft to
the swim platform through two swinging
doors in the transom. This is great for
swimming at anchor, especially
considering the folding stepladder for
easy boarding and a fresh pressure water
shower at your fingertips on the swim
platform. Having two Helms to choose
also allows for effective steering
without having to eliminate headroom
from the twin aft cabins below.
Deck equipment includes:

2006)
