Layout & Accommodations:
The pilothouse salon is 16 x 16 with a 360 panoramic view. It features teak side- walls, teak and holly sole and laminate counter surfaces throughout. Furnishings include matching couches, a wet-bar with ice-maker, and a navigation center with interior helm station.
A few steps down from the salon and joined to it by a step saving counter is a 96 (43 sq. ft.) u-shaped galley.
The master and guest bow-cabins feature teak walls and queen sized beds. Adjoining each is a private head. The master cabin has an illuminated tub-shower. The guest head has an illuminated stall shower. The master stateroom also comes with vanity and completely mirrored backwall and generous hanging and folding storage.
Aft, to port is a cabin, which can be used as a study or stateroom with queen-sized athwartship berth, generous storage, and a desk with bookshelves which converts to a single berth when needed.
To starboard is yet another cabin containing an athwartships double berth, storage, washer-dryer, and workbench.
Outside the 13 x 20 foredeck, 26 wide walk-arounds and 146 x 89 cockpit with 22ft of continuous seating and twin boarding/swim platforms with stainless steel ladders.
The flying bridge has built in seating for 10, Stainless steel security rails, a stainless steel access ladder, steering station, helmsman chair, windshield, radar arch, indirect night lighting, and a bar with cabinets.
Please note that the Owner's internal refit is not complete so that a new Buyer can use his own decor and finishing touches.

This U.S. built power catamaran has the room of a 65 monohull, The twin hulls give remarkable stability and maneuverability. It uses less fuel than other power boats its size and larger. It will consume approximately 50% of the fuel of a similar sized monohull yet cruise twice as far. For economy or in an emergency it will run on one engine and still give total control.
The saloon and forward cabins on Magnificat are bigger than some of those in small apartments.
