Since
they began in 1971, the Annual Power Boat Show has created the largest
single event to occur at City Dock. For four days, Ego Alley is
transformed into an international marine festival and the premier
in-the-water show in the country, attracting an average of 100,000
attendees per year. Record crowds come to look over boats proclaimed to
be the biggest, fastest, most luxurious, most fun ... in short, the very
best that power boating has to offer.
If you plan on purchasing a new power catamaran, this is the show to
attend. It's a yearly event and has something for everyone.
Representatives from some of the major boat manufacturers will be
available at the regional boat dealers' exhibits to answer your
questions. Test rides are also offered for those who are serious..

Known as the
"sailboat capital of the world", Annapolis is the home of
the United States Naval Academy founded in 1845 and also the
home of St. John's College, founded in 1696 as King
William's School and the third oldest institution of higher
learning in the United States. City Dock is a favorite place
to visit, known to local boaters as "Ego Alley", it is the
weekend and evening scene of a steady parade of expensive
yachts. |

WHAT'S ON DISPLAY? |
Come and see one of the hottest power models ever built –
The Lagoon Power 43. A result of more than 4 years of
study and research, this incredibly innovative power
catamaran features a modern flybridge, luxurious interior
and high performance engines and is genuinely designed for
the private owner, with a modest size and a reasonable price
tag.
The ergonomics of the entire boat were carefully studied so
that moving around on deck as well as inside is easy and
comfortable.
The center cockpit has an open yet protected view of the
water, and also has straight access to the salon. There is a
full panoramic view from the owner's cabin as well as from
the salon.
Several different engine options and interior finishes are
available, thus creating a yacht capable of long nonstop
crossings, quick day runs, fishing trips, coastal
navigation, or serious extended cruises. |
