The Snowgoose has long been known for her large, open and roomy interior. In the Starboard hull forward is a large cabin that has been converted to a storage area. The Galley is amidships in this hull and there is a roomy cabin aft. In the Port hull forward is the head and shower, amidships is the navigation and office area, and aft is another cabin for guests or crew.

The engine was installed new in 1992. The engine is connected to a Sonic outdrive with 3 bladed prop that pivots out of the water to reduce the drag while sailing. A new Sonic outdrive and metallastic coupler was installed in 1998.
