Layout & Accomodations:
Dream Catcher, a Prout 45 catamaran, has 4 queen-sized cabins, each with its own head and shower, hanging lockers and dressing area. The entire interior is finished in light American Cherry with gray and white laminates. All windows are fitted with custom blinds.
Mid-ships in the port hull is the navigation station with full size chart table and all instruments. Outboard is a 24v
Water cooled freezer and storage lockers and drawers.
The oversized salon can seat eight in comfort. A large folding Cherry table has pull out glass and bottle storage in the pedestal.
Simulated teak and holly flooring cannot be told from the real thing, yet stands up exceptionally well to sandy feet and heavy traffic.
Opening panels in the forward salon bulkhead provide light and air when open and complete privacy to the forward staterooms when closed.
Large opposed overhead hatches provide great ventilation throughout the vessel and are equipped with Sky Shades that can be used as screens or sun shades.
The forward starboard cabin is fitted with a Caribe washer/dryer which runs off the inverter.
Galley The galley located amidships in the starboard hull provides the chef contact with the people in the salon yet hides the meal preparation. Galley includes full size refrigerator, deep freeze, 3 burner propane stove with oven, triple bowl sink and large counter area.
The cockpit seats 7 at the table and up to 12. The lack of lines needed to control the rig leave the deck and cockpit particularly clear and safe.

This Prout 45 catamaran, Dream Catcher of London, is truly a remarkable yacht. Complete with all luxuries to make a cruising home without compare, she is equipped to be totally self sufficient in energy and water production. Her twin 50s propel her at over 8 ½ knots with a 900 NM range at 6 knots. She is fully air conditioned. The revolutionary Aerorig has worked particularly successfully on this boat giving increased performance safety and ease of handling. And she's "like new" with a replacement value of over $670,000.
