Layout & Accommodations:

The Gemini 105M is a cruising catamaran that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults in three (3) cabins. There are two (2) full size cabins. One in the aft section of each hull each with two opening ports with screens and fans.  Hanging locker, storage locker and drawer for storage and mirrors completes each of these cabins.

The main cabin is forward with a queen size bed and ample hanging locker storage and drawers for plenty of the items that cruisers or weekenders need.  As you walk into the Salon from the cockpit there is a round seating area with a tri-fold table that will accommodate 6 very comfortably. The settee area has ample lighting, two 12V fans and two hatches with screens.

Three steps down from the Salon into the starboard hull is the Galley with a 2-burner propane stove with oven and broiler, double stainless sink with pull out single handle faucet, and raised microwave and storage under the counter for pots and pans. The inside of the galley has storage behind sliding doors for food, dishes and cups galore.

Three steps down into the port cabin is the Navigation Station with it's long countertop with storage beneath and on the inside of this part of the hull is additional storage for foodstuffs behind sliding doors. Walk forward through the folding door into the head with standup shower, sink and toilet.

The head is set up to be either fresh or seawater flush, separate 13 gallon fresh water tank. New in 2005 is a Paloma Instant Propane Water Heater. Lots of medicine cabinet area and semi-recessed covered toilet paper holder.

As you walk aft through the door of the settee area you are in the spacious Cockpit. You have just walked past the electrical panel and monitoring systems on the right and the 115V/propane refrigerator on your left. Over the refrigerator is a 17" flat screen TV with a DVD/VCR Combo. The Cockpit has new closed cell foam cushions throughout and a Captains chair at the helm. There are huge lockers in the aft sections of each hull just before you walk down the swim steps.

Deck & Hulls:

Deck has ample hand-holds and non-skid. There is s separate self-draining locker for anchor chain and rode. There is a 35#CQR anchor in the anchor roller with 80' of chain and 300' of 1/2" nylon rode. There is a spare 27# danforth with 5' of chain and 150' of 1/2" nylon rode. There is a large locker on the port foredeck.   Swim ladder, fender racks, 4 large fenders, dock lines, life jackets, flares and complete USCG safety package.
Sails & Rig:

260 Sq Ft Main and 350 Sq Ft Roller Furled Genoa are in excellent shape. Some running rigging has been replaced.

Hot and Cold water cockpit shower, double lifelines, Outboard engine lift, West Marine RU260 Dinghy with 3.3hp Mercury OB on Kato Marine Davits.  New in 2005 Magma grill.  2-20lb propane tanks with automatic crossover and solenoid valve and alarm.
