OTHER:
Re-powered in 1999 w/a Honda 50 (with a Handler kort nozzle to improve control, lower fuel consumption. The re-power improved sailing performance immensely, allowing us to do more sailing in lighter winds. Performance under power also increased. The Honda installation includes a professionally built and installed nacelle just forward of the stern (under the cockpit) to accommodate the outboard. We have hydraulic tilt and are able to pull the motor completely out of the water when not in use.

The SUSAN M JACKSON is a blue-water cruiser in move aboard condition. This Sailcraft model is known for it's seaworthiness and strength.
